PeakFit® is NIOSH-approved at N95 filtration level, filtering at least 95% of airborne particles not strongly resistant to oil — meeting OSHA respiratory protection requirements for fine dust, biological aerosols, and general particulate hazards.
PeakFit® uses a large, contoured molded design that creates a spacious breathing chamber between the mask and the face — making breathing easier and reducing heat and CO2 buildup that causes fatigue with tight-fitting flat-fold respirators.
PeakFit® features a molded nose bridge with no metal nosepiece — no pinching or bending required. The pre-formed nose section conforms to most facial profiles without manual adjustment, reducing the fit inconsistency of improperly shaped metal nose bars.
PeakFit® uses an adjustable one-piece cloth head strap rather than separate elastic bands. The cloth strap distributes tension more evenly across the head, reducing the ear and neck pressure of narrow elastic straps and improving all-day comfort.
PeakFit® is available in unvented and vented versions, with Acid Gas (AG) and Organic Vapor (OV) filtration options in addition to standard N95 particulate protection, in both standard and vend pack (2-pack) packaging.
