Scorpion® is UL-certified to ANSI Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3 and meets MIL-PRF 32432 (GL), the ballistic impact resistance requirement in the U.S. Military Performance Spec.
This Scorpion® variant features a full range lens with Black temples in the half-frame design with adjustable ratcheting temples and Scorpion's Tail retainer. The full Scorpion® lens range includes Amber, Blue Light Filter, Blue Mirror, Clear, Clear fX2 Anti-Fog, Clear Indoor/Outdoor Mirror, Gold Mirror, Gray, Gray fX2, Mocha, Mocha Mirror, Red Mirror, and Silver Mirror.
Scorpion® features adjustable-length and ratcheting temples that allow workers to dial in a precise, repeatable fit. The ratcheting mechanism provides consistent temple-length adjustment that won't slip out of position during active work — unlike simple push-length designs.
The Scorpion® half-frame design incorporates a deliberate gap between the frame and the lens that promotes airflow across the lens surface, actively reducing the tendency to fog without requiring a coating. This is a structural anti-fog approach that complements any anti-fog lens coating.
Every Scorpion® includes the free 'Scorpion's Tail' eyewear retainer with a breakaway safety feature. The breakaway design releases under significant pulling force to prevent entanglement hazards, while the retainer itself keeps glasses from being lost or damaged when not in use.
