This variant is available at diopter full range. The full StarLite® FOAMPRO® MAG range covers diopter strengths 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5 in a Clear fX2 Anti-Fog lens — addressing the most common near-vision correction needs for workers performing close-up industrial tasks.
StarLite® FOAMPRO® MAG solves a common problem for aging workers: the need to wear reading glasses under safety glasses in dusty environments. By integrating bifocal magnification (diopters 1.5, 2.0, and 2.5) into a foam-lined ANSI-certified lens, it eliminates the layering problem and provides both vision correction and debris protection in one piece of eyewear.
OptiFit™ Foam's tapered closed-cell design creates a more custom seal around the eye area than flat foam, keeping fine dust and debris out while channels along the foam work with the anti-fog coating to minimize lens fogging — critical when the magnification segment requires clear near-vision performance.
The StarLite® FOAMPRO® MAG features a Clear fX2 Anti-Fog lens. Anti-fog performance is especially critical in bifocal safety glasses because the magnification segment is located in the lower portion of the lens where warm exhaled breath tends to collect — fogging directly over the reading area defeats the purpose of the magnification.
