Tri-Grip® JR is independently tested to an NRR of 27 — the same rating as the full-size Tri-Grip® — in a frame sized approximately 10% smaller for workers with narrower ear canals, including women in the GirlzGear® collection.
Tri-Grip® JR is sized approximately 10% smaller than the standard Tri-Grip®, specifically designed for workers with narrower ear canals who find standard earplugs uncomfortable, too large, or prone to falling out. The smaller flanges conform more precisely to a narrower ear canal profile while maintaining full NRR 27 protection.
Tri-Grip® JR retains the patented three-sided stem with semi-rigid insert from the full-size model, scaled down proportionally. The three-sided geometry still provides stable, consistent grip during insertion even in the smaller form factor — a feature not typically available in standard small-size earplug alternatives.
Tri-Grip® JR is a reusable earplug available in corded and uncorded versions. Like the full-size model, it is built for multi-shift use and can be cleaned between wearings, supporting cost-effective hearing conservation programs for workers with smaller ear canals.
