Wheelz® is UL-certified to ANSI Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3. It also meets ANSI Z87.1 - D3 (splash/droplet), and ANSI Z87.1 - D4 (fine dust).
This Wheelz® variant features a full range lens in the compact foam-lined goggle design with Whirlwind ventilation and adjustable head strap. The full range lens provides appropriate protection for this Wheelz® variant. The Wheelz® lens range covers Blue Mirror, Blue Mirror fX2, Clear, Clear fX2, Clear FX3, Gray, Gray fX2, IR Filter Shade 3.0, IR Filter Shade 5.0, Silver Mirror, and Silver Mirror fX2.
The Wheelz® Whirlwind ventilation system actively circulates air through the optical chamber using a series of precisely positioned vents, fighting fogging more effectively than standard indirect-vent designs. This makes Wheelz® suitable for physically active workers in warm, humid environments where fogging is a persistent challenge.
Wheelz® uses a compact goggle frame that is noticeably more comfortable and less obtrusive than traditional bulky goggles. The reduced frame size and lightweight construction improve wearability for workers who find standard goggles hot, heavy, or uncomfortable over long shifts.
The Wheelz® is available with an optional NextGen™ Neoprene head strap for chemical splash applications. NextGen™ Neoprene offers better chemical resistance than cloth straps and is more comfortable than standard neoprene — an important distinction when the strap is exposed to chemical environments over repeated use.
