Luminary® is UL-certified to ANSI Z87.1+ and CSA Z94.3 and meets MIL-PRF 32432 (GL), the ballistic impact resistance requirement in the U.S. Military Performance Spec.
This Luminary® variant features a full range lens with Amber/Black|Blue/Black|Clear/Black|Gray/Silver|Orange/Black|Pacific Blue/Black temples in the ultra-lightweight frameless design. The full range lens provides appropriate tinted or specialty performance for this Luminary® variant. The full Luminary® range covers Amber, Blue Mirror, Clear, Clear fX2, Clear Indoor/Outdoor Mirror, Gray, Orange, Pacific Blue, and Silver Mirror lenses.
Luminary® features elastic temples that stretch to accommodate different head widths, then retract to maintain gentle, consistent pressure behind the ears. Unlike rigid temples that create a fixed contact point, the elastic design distributes pressure across a wider area — significantly reducing the behind-ear discomfort that causes workers to remove their eyewear.
Luminary® includes an integrated brow guard that adds top-of-frame debris protection in a lightweight, unobtrusive profile — protecting against particles falling or projecting from above without the bulk or heat of a full goggle.
Luminary® uses a fingertip nosepiece design that reduces slippage and keeps glasses in position without adding nose-bridge pressure. The combination of fingertip grip and elastic temples means the eyewear stays secure during active work without clamping tightly against the head.
