This Molded Visor variant features a full range visor in the full range size in 0.06" polycarbonate. The full range visor provides appropriate tinted protection for this application. The Molded Visor range covers Clear, IR Filter Shade 3.0, and IR Filter Shade 5.0 in both rectangular and tapered shapes.
Molded Visors are constructed from 0.06" thick polycarbonate, providing a durable, impact-resistant face shield that balances protection with lightweight wearability. The 0.06" thickness exceeds the 0.04" flat stock thickness, contributing to the higher ANSI Z87.1+ impact rating.
Molded Visors are available in rectangular and tapered shapes in two sizes: 8"×15.5"×.06" for standard coverage and 9.75"×20"×.05" for extended face and neck coverage. The tapered shape provides a contoured fit that sits closer to the face for reduced peripheral interference.
