Independent Testing

Gateway Safety head protection products are independently tested by an accredited laboratory to meet ANSI Z89.1 standards for safety helmets. Unvented helmets meet the ANSI Z89.1 standard for Type 1, Class E, G & C. Vented helmets meet the ANSI Z89.1 standard for Type 1, Class C Only.

Serpent safety helmets are also independently tested to meet the optional ANSI Z89.1 standards for Reverse Donning, Lower Temperature, Higher Temperature and High Visibility.
